Privacy policy

How Craig Technology Services handles information.

This policy covers the CTS website, direct communications, service inquiries, and authorized developer-app integrations.

Effective date August 24, 2026

Questions or data requests: [email protected]

Craig Technology Services LLC ("CTS," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect, why we use it, when we may share it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information we may collect

Information you provide

We may collect information you choose to provide through the website support-request form, by email, by phone, or through another direct communication. This may include your name, business name, role, contact information, business location, project details, support needs, system or vendor information, urgency, and the contents of your message.

Please do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card data, Social Security numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary email or this website.

Website and technical information

When you visit this website, our hosting, security, anti-spam, and analytics providers may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, referring page, approximate region, and security or performance events. The website does not provide account registration.

Service and business records

If you become a client or business contact, we may maintain records needed to scope, deliver, support, secure, document, invoice, and administer the engagement.

2. How we use information

We may use information to:

  • respond to inquiries and project requests;
  • provide, secure, document, and improve services;
  • coordinate with vendors or service providers when authorized;
  • operate, protect, troubleshoot, and understand use of this website;
  • maintain business, tax, legal, security, and compliance records; and
  • prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or other harmful activity.

3. Developer applications and platform integrations

If CTS operates an application or integration that you authorize through LinkedIn, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or another platform, we may receive the information permitted by the authorization screen and the platform's rules. Depending on the integration and permissions you approve, this may include a platform user or organization identifier, basic profile or organization information, page or account metadata, content you select for processing, and access or refresh tokens.

CTS will use platform data only to provide the feature you requested, maintain security, troubleshoot the integration, comply with applicable platform requirements, and support the authorized business workflow. We do not sell platform data. We do not use platform data for unrelated advertising or build profiles unrelated to the authorized service.

When platform rules permit storage, CTS will retain platform data only for the time needed to provide the authorized feature, keep it capable of being identified and selectively deleted, and obtain any consent required for stored profile data. You can revoke an integration through the applicable platform's settings.

CTS Atlassian Forge apps have a separate, product-specific Atlassian Apps Privacy & Security disclosure describing their exact Jira and Confluence scopes, processing, Forge-hosted storage, retention, deletion controls, and security boundaries.

4. How we may share information

We may share limited information with:

  • hosting, security, analytics, communications, professional, and other service providers that support our operations;
  • technology vendors or subcontractors when needed for an authorized project;
  • platform providers when you use an integration or follow an external service link;
  • government, legal, or regulatory parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, security, or safety; and
  • a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of relevant business assets, subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information for money.

5. Hosting, contact form, analytics, and external services

This website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages and uses Cloudflare security, performance, Turnstile anti-spam, email-delivery, and privacy-focused website-analytics features. Cloudflare may process technical information needed to provide those services under its own privacy terms. Support-request form submissions are delivered to CTS business email so we can review and respond to the request.

Google Analytics is optional. It loads only after you select Accept analytics in the website notice. If accepted, Google Analytics helps CTS understand page use and measure actions such as contact-link clicks and successfully submitted support requests. CTS disables Google advertising signals and ad-personalization signals in the website configuration. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage so the website can remember it. You can clear the site's stored data in your browser to reset the choice.

Links to Apify, LinkedIn, Meta, and other third-party services take you to services controlled by those parties; their privacy policies and terms govern their services.

6. Data retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to maintain appropriate business and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the information and context.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No website, email system, platform integration, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Access, correction, revocation, and deletion requests

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal or platform data controlled by CTS, email [email protected] with the subject Data Deletion Request. Identify the relevant application, platform, account, or interaction without sending passwords or access tokens.

We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. We will evaluate requests under applicable law, contractual obligations, security needs, and platform requirements. Platform data will be deleted promptly when required by the applicable platform's terms—for example, upon a valid user request, connected-account closure, app disconnection, termination of platform access, or when the data is no longer needed to provide the authorized feature. Where a platform requires immediate deletion, CTS will follow that requirement, except to the limited extent retention is required by law or a government obligation.

For other covered personal information, when deletion is appropriate, we will remove or de-identify it from active systems within a reasonable period. Limited copies may remain in protected backups or records that we are legally required to retain until they expire under normal retention processes.

8. Children's privacy

This website and CTS business services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. United States processing

CTS operates in the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations used by our service providers, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, services, integrations, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the latest published version.
