Configurable states
Choose the theme and layout, show or hide seconds and the fixed-date label, add optional action links, and decide what visitors see at zero.
Hide the timer and reveal the completed message plus an optional next action.
Keep the zeroed units visible while showing the completed-state content.
Remove the entire countdown after the target passes when no completed state is needed.
Honest target behavior
The plugin requires an ISO 8601 target with Z or a numeric UTC offset. WordPress normalizes it to UTC so visitors in different time zones count down to the same moment.
