Public product demo

Private Searchable FAQs for WordPress.

Build searchable FAQ libraries that filter entirely in the visitor's browser. The three fictional examples below use the exact public CSS and JavaScript shipped in version 0.3.0—nothing is sent to a server when you search or filter.

General FAQs

A flexible starter for common business questions. Try searching for “support” or filtering by category.

How do I get started?

Replace this fictional answer with the first steps your visitors should follow.

What support options are available?

Describe your real support channels, availability, and expected response process.

Where can I find billing information?

Point visitors to your current billing documentation or contact process.

Can I update a previous request?

Explain how visitors can provide additional details without creating duplicate work.

General FAQs starter: Cards theme, comfortable spacing, local search, category buttons, result counts, and multiple disclosures allowed open.

Product Help

A compact troubleshooting library. Search for “install” to isolate the setup answer.

How do I install the product?

Upload the installable ZIP in WordPress, activate the plugin, and add the block in the editor.

How do I choose a starter?

Select General FAQs, Product Help, or Privacy and Data Use, then edit every example.

Why is a question missing after I search?

Clear the search and select All to restore every question in the library.

Can more than one answer stay open?

Yes. Editors can allow multiple open answers or enforce one open answer at a time.

Product Help starter: Bordered theme, compact spacing, search, category filters, custom no-results text, and visible-only expand/collapse controls.

Privacy and Data Use

A roomy minimal starter configured so opening one answer closes the previously opened answer.

Does FAQ search send my query anywhere?

No. Filtering happens locally in this browser and the plugin does not transmit the search text.

Does the plugin save my search?

No. The plugin does not use cookies, local storage, or session storage for visitor searches.

Does the plugin include analytics?

No. The plugin includes no analytics and performs no remote frontend request.

Privacy and Data Use starter: Minimal theme, roomy spacing, no visible category buttons, and single-open disclosure behavior.

Useful controls, bounded behavior

Search and filtering without collecting visitor queries.

Editors can choose three starters, three themes, three spacing levels, H2/H3/H4 headings, optional category filters, custom labels, initial-open behavior, and single-open or multiple-open disclosures. Add, duplicate, move, reverse, or remove up to 100 questions.

Privacy boundary

No search logging, cookie, analytics, or remote request.

The plugin does not transmit or persist visitor search text, set cookies, use browser storage, load a remote script, or perform analytics. Site owners remain responsible for the accuracy of their answers and any separate tools on their website.
