1. Scope and provider
Craig Technology Services LLC (“CTS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Deterministic Quote Calculator. This policy explains how the app handles calculator inputs, widget configuration, Wix platform access, and support communications. Wix separately controls Wix Studio, authentication, app installation, site-property storage, billing, and its platform under Wix's terms and privacy notices.
2. Calculator inputs and results
Visitor quantities and calculated estimates are processed in the visitor's browser. The app code does not send calculator inputs or results to CTS, store them in an app database, create visitor accounts, or use them for advertising or analytics.
The app does not create invoices, accept payments, calculate taxes, or intentionally collect customer records or payment information.
3. Merchant configuration
The site owner's calculator settings—including labels, quantities, currency format, pricing rules, and disclaimer—are stored by Wix as widget properties on the Wix site. The current app has no CTS-operated backend database and does not copy those settings to CTS infrastructure.
4. Wix platform access
Wix requires a basic app-instance permission that can include site, business, and owner-email details. Wix identifies this permission as mandatory. The current app code does not call Wix APIs to read, copy, transmit, or store that information and requests no optional Wix API permissions.
Do not interpret this statement as a claim that Wix processes no data. Wix controls its platform and may process installation, account, site, billing, security, and operational data under Wix's own policies.
5. External services and tracking
The calculator widget contains no external runtime API, analytics SDK, advertising tracker, telemetry service, support chat, or app database. Product documentation pages on craigtechservices.com are governed by the CTS Website Privacy Policy, including any website-level security or aggregate measurement described there.
6. Support communications
CTS receives information only when a person chooses to contact support. Support requests may include the sender's contact information, app version, Wix editor type, browser version, non-secret error text, and reproduction steps. CTS uses that information to respond, diagnose the reported issue, maintain security, and keep necessary business records.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, customer lists, visitor inputs, payment information, or unnecessary private site data.
7. Merchant and visitor choices
A site owner can remove the widget or uninstall the app through Wix. Wix controls deletion of Wix-hosted site properties and platform records. Visitors can stop interacting with the calculator at any time; the app has no CTS-held calculator record to retrieve or delete.

8. Security and policy changes
