1. Provider and acceptance
Deterministic Quote Calculator is provided by Craig Technology Services LLC (“CTS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms apply to use of the app. Wix's terms, marketplace rules, billing terms, and privacy notices also apply to the Wix platform and may control if they conflict with these terms on a Wix-controlled matter.
2. Limited app use
Subject to these terms and any applicable Wix plan, CTS grants the installing site owner a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to configure and display the app on eligible Wix sites. The app may not be resold, sublicensed, reverse engineered except where applicable law permits, used to bypass Wix billing or access controls, or used to interfere with the app, Wix, CTS, or another person.
3. Estimate boundary
The app performs deterministic arithmetic from settings supplied by the site owner. It does not create a binding quote, invoice, contract, order, payment, tax determination, legal conclusion, or guarantee of a final price. Results may be wrong when configuration is incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, outdated, or unsuitable for the site owner's business.
4. Site-owner responsibilities
The site owner is responsible for reviewing all calculator settings and results; testing tier boundaries, rounding, minimums, and maximums; providing an appropriate estimate disclaimer; communicating final prices and applicable taxes; complying with laws and industry requirements; and keeping the Wix site and app installation secure.
The site owner must not use the app to mislead visitors or represent an estimate as a guaranteed or legally binding result unless the site owner independently establishes and accepts that obligation.
5. Privacy and prohibited data
The app is not designed to collect visitor submissions, customer records, credentials, payment information, health information, government identifiers, or other sensitive data. Do not attempt to place such data into calculator labels, pricing configuration, support requests, or other app fields. See the Privacy Policy.
6. Billing, cancellation, and refunds
If the app is offered under a paid plan, Wix presents and processes the available plan, trial, renewal, cancellation, and payment through its platform. The current Wix listing controls the price and plan details shown at purchase. Cancellation and refund rights are subject to Wix's applicable terms and mandatory law. Removing a widget from one page may not cancel an app subscription; use Wix's app-management and billing controls.
7. Availability, updates, and support
Marketplace availability remains subject to Wix review and platform operation. CTS may release fixes, compatibility changes, security updates, or feature changes. Wix outages, browser behavior, site configuration, third-party code, or platform changes may affect operation. Support is provided through the contact method in the product guide; response time and resolution are not guaranteed.
8. Intellectual property
CTS and its licensors retain rights in the app, documentation, branding, and related materials. These terms do not transfer ownership. Wix and other product names belong to their respective owners.
9. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” CTS disclaims implied warranties that may legally be disclaimed, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. CTS does not warrant uninterrupted operation, marketplace approval, a particular business result, increased sales, or error-free estimates from merchant-supplied configuration.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CTS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost business, or reliance on an estimate. Any limitation that cannot lawfully apply is limited only to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law. These terms do not exclude rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Suspension and termination
CTS may suspend or terminate app access for abuse, security risk, nonpayment, violation of these terms, or a Wix requirement. A site owner can stop future use through Wix's app-management controls, subject to applicable billing and cancellation terms.

Material changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Questions may be sent to [email protected]. Do not send credentials, access tokens, visitor inputs, customer lists, payment information, or unnecessary sensitive data.
